You may have just joined, be thinking about joining or about to renew your membership and just need a little more information before proceeding. You are welcome to contact an Austmine Membership team member
at any time, otherwise hopefully the queries below might assist.

Absolutely - please contact Austmine
for our membership Information brochure which we hope will assist. If you need a state membership manager to give them a call, just let us know.
We’ve just applied for Membership. What happens next?
If you have just joined as a Member you can expect to hear from your state Membership Manager within the next few days. If you have requested to pay by invoice this will usually be sent to you within 48 hours of joining.
Will we receive further information about how to access our Membership benefits?
Yes - a Member Handbook will be sent to you within the next few days. Your state Membership Manager will also touch base to organise a meeting, let you know about upcoming events and ensure we have included your list of key employees in our database.
How do I make an event booking?
Your Member Handbook will provide log-in details for you to access the Member portal. This will allow you to book any of the upcoming physical and online Austmine events.
I’m a current Member and have lost my password?
You can reset your password by clicking 'Forgot My Password' on the sign in page.
I can’t seem to access the Member portal.
There may be a problem with your login details or your membership subscription may not be up to date. Please try and reset your password first otherwise contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check the current status of your membership.
If you have not yet been setup on the member portal, please follow these instructions.
We would like to renew however have changed revenue levels.
Once you log in to your Member portal you will be provided the option to renew at your current level and pay your subscription fees. If you believe your level has changed and would like to renew at a different level, please contact email@example.com.
