Gaston is a Managing Director in Strategy & Consulting, leading the global Employee Experience and T&O/Human Potential practices in the APAC Region and is the Future of Work Mining Global Lead for Accenture. Gaston provides strategic advisory to clients in the Human Capital and HR agendas. He has more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and supporting strategic and large business transformation programs. Gaston was the lead of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Mining and Metals Future of Work Taskforce conducting the Global Talent Innovation Initiative.
Rachael Jamieson
Global Head of Talent Acquisition, BHP
Rachael brings 20 years’ experience in talent transformation spanning local and global business ownership and corporate roles with CBA, Woolworths and BHP. She has a passion for challenging the status quo and bringing diverse teams together. Rachael currently leads a large and globally dispersed team in BHP. She brings her experience of navigating the changing world of talent over the past 2 years to this Austmine forum. Rachael was also an active member of the WEF’s Mining and Metals Future of Work Taskforce and a key contributor to the Global Talent Innovation Initiative.
